What is a red tagged appliance ( Furnace, fireplace, gas piping, stove etc) warning in Oakville?  

Sometimes an Oakville gas supply company (Enbridge ) or a  HVAC contractor or a licensed gas service technician finds heating equipment in such bad shape, and un safe to use that they are obligated to "red-tag" the furnace or water heater, fireplace etc and shut it down imediately.
